Since its creation, Absyss has built its strategy around its clients.
The company and all of its employees are guided by client satisfaction and value creation. The Client Operations Department in particular was created to assist and support our clients throughout the year through a dedicated and privileged point of contact.
Client satisfaction is measured regularly. Genuine management tools, these indicators are true management tools for the entire company. Our clients also participate in product developments. Each new annual version is constructed in agile mode and discussed during Users’ Club meetings and workshops.
